In honor of our annual trip to The Shore:
In a big tumbler of ice, stir:
One shot Captain Morgan’s rum
Half shot of Grand Marnier/Cointreau
One shot cherry pomegranate juice (impossible to find here, everywhere back east)
One shot sparkling water/club soda
Splash (half a capful maybe) of Rose’s Lime
Three drops Angustura bitters
